Well, I think the Masterchef Home Mystery Box Challenge has done its dash - only Amy and I thought about it this week (and neither of us actually made a dish with the chosen ingredients!)Amy 'virtually' whipped up a bowl of comforting lamb stew and I found this yummy recipe for Lamb Burgers with Feta and Tomato on Taste.com.au. - haven't tried it, but have put it on my list of dishes to try...if you'd like to give it a whirl, just click on the link.
But the end of the Masterchef challenge doesn't mean my food obsession is over...not by a long shot. I'd actually like to invite you all to share your favourite recipes on the blog in a new weekly segment.
